From the 1999 release of the Burger King toy collection. There were three different talking Pikachu plush toys that said different things when prompted. This is a set of the three (34-10, 35-10, and 36-10) they are sealed so I don’t know if they work to say anything anymore, however I had one mew light-up that didn’t work, and one that did. Either way, they are vintage collectible items. They do include a pamphlet of the toys of their category and an identification card of a Pokémon. I have 15 sets of the three each this post is for one set if you would like more please let me know and we can talk.
