Unfortunately, they didn't quite live up to the "beauty among the commonplace" idiom.
According to Wikipedia, there were 30 members at the time of formation, but only 8 during recording. That means two members quietly dropped out even before the jacket photo shoot.
The front cover only shows their backs, and you'd think the back cover would reveal their faces, but no, you only see them in the two-fold leaflet included as a bonus. Men who saw it in CD stores had to buy it and open it to satisfy their... desires. If you find it used without the bonus leaflet, it's only for those who enjoy imagining things based on the backs of the members.
They were formed with current OLs (office ladies), but groups debuting around the same time, like Oyaji GALS, often consisted of people who were essentially aspiring talents... well... I won't say more, it's impolite.
The singing is normally good and easy to listen to, meaning the members naturally came with strong ambitions for the entertainment industry!
