Antique Late 19th Century German Hoopoe Bird Figural Brass Decanters Articulated Wings. From a former antique dealer's collection comes this wonderful set of German Hoopoe Bird Decanters. Their heads come off and the wings are on hinges and can be raised up. Largest bird is almost 8' tall x 12" long x 3" wide. Not exactly sure of metal perhaps brass? Marked Germany under wings. Awesome detail and craftmanship on these two birds.
