This is an MA-1 bomber jacket by Bark, a brand based in Florence, Italy.

Bark is known for its reconstructed outerwear, mainly based on knitwear, but this item is not the type that strongly emphasizes the brand's symbolism. Instead, it features a very anonymous, quiet finish.

Instead of the nylon material commonly used for MA-1 jackets, this one uses a linen-blend material (55% Linen / 45% Polyester).
