This is a pre-owned condition Banshee toy by Rookery. It shows some signs of being previously used such as rub marks and such. I tested it and the wings work great, mouth opens as it should, but the neck only seems to turn left and then forward facing. Not sure why it doesnt turn right but its still fun to play with.
