☆Excellent Condition☆ The Origin of Pilot Fountain Pens☆ Superb Pilot Custom 74 (SM)

This is not a new item, but it's close to new, and I'm offering an exquisite Pilot Custom 74 (SM).

It's an incredibly beautiful piece.

This item is the most important fountain pen, the basic foundation, the origin of the Custom series, which is the core of Pilot fountain pens.

As a Pilot fountain pen, it's the cheapest gold nib pen, but I saw one at Maruzen the other day with a price tag of 30,000 yen.

The "74" refers to the masterpiece fountain pen released to commemorate the 74th anniversary of Pilot fountain pens.

It has a 14-karat gold nib, and many versions are available.

The nib width is SM, so it's the perfect thickness, soft, and allows you to write smoothly.

The Pilot Custom 74 was released on Pilot's 74th anniversary as part of the Custom series, which was launched in the 1970s. It's introduced as the first pen for beginners with a genuine gold nib, but it's so well-made that it could be your last fountain pen! (^◇^;)

It's also the origin of the Custom series, including the Pilot Custom 742, Custom 743, and Custom 823.

The Pilot Custom Urushi was also made based on this 74.

Personally, I collect Montblanc 149, 146, Pelikan M400, M600, and M800, but in the end, the one I own the most of is this Custom 74.
