Long Sleeve shirt or could be a sweatshirt, but it's a thin sweatshirt if that. I would call this a shirt. My wife is a large 36c and this fits her with alittle bit extra space but not much.
This would fit XL but not XXL
Because large fits her alittle comfy, with a few inches left on either side of her, so she recommendeds this too if your size large or definitely XL. So listing this as size XL
