I've had this 3ds since release.
It is the old model not the new one.
Comes with a charger and charging cradle but the cradle itself is a little loose when trying to use it.
Does not include a stylus.
It has scuffs and scratches on the top and bottom.
The top shell has a small chip on it.
Has a few scratches on the screen, one is a little deep but does not impact usage.
The 3D toggle does work.
I included a picture of the version number it's running just in case.
