Around the 90s, I found this rare small X short size at the weekend market in Okinawa's Hamby.
The pants are small regular, and the jacket is an older type of fabric, not infrared. The cuffs have been customized with elastic so they're easy to wear with sneakers. In other words, you don't need leg elastics.
Consider the pants a bonus.
