vintage embroidered 1950's wiggle dress

This gorgeous dress is from the 1950's. No designer label. It is expertly hand sewn. All the interior seams are bound. There is also an interior band at the waist with hooks. It has a side metal zipper. Side pockets. Unsure of the fabric content but it is a medium/heavy woven dark navy, almost black, fabric with with white embroidery. Flat pleats in front at sides of waist. It has skinny belt loops on the side so it must have had a belt. A couple of minor condition issues. The metal side zipper had come of track. I fixed it and heavily stitched it at the bottom so it should not come off again. Also the seam below the zipper had pulled loose and I repaired that. The embroidery on the fabric has some loose threads hear and there. Nothing major. I am leaving them but you could simply trim them off and I doubt anyone would notice. Also the white trim at the front of the neck is simply tacked on. The interior binding under the arms has some light discoloration. Not on the outside.
